Meetings

The club committee has meetings as required by legislation, the AGM at beginning of each calendar year, and special meetings as required: AGM was held in March 22 and a special meeting held April 22 to consider actions from the AGM etc.

For the AGM, all members are invited.

Committee meetings are committee members and invited persons for an action or purpose.

Sub-committees are a recent change to improve the club and all sub-committees are expected to have meetings as required, and generally this is prior to an event to facilitate planning for, and management of the event.

Some sub-committees already meet regularly.
